Gap Analysis: Dad Knows Best
Nothing if you aren’t willing to put the time and resources into fixing those gaps.
Less than a year ago we worked with a client and helped them to get FDA clearance on a med device product, which they got. We also provided them with a detailed gap analysis, which ultimately identified where there were gaps in relation to compliance with FDA regulations.
Now, some would say that you’ve got clearance, so start producing and selling - who cares if there are a few gaps.
Find out what we think.
Life Sciences in Sturgeon Bay
Recently, we’ve been making trips up to Wisconsin to help a company called Parcus Medical. Parcus Medical resides in a little town called Sturgeon Bay in Door County. How do I describe, Door County and Sturgeon Bay? Well, the Visitor’s Center web site describes Sturgeon Bay as being “nestled between the waters of Green Bay and Lake Michigan”. It has long been a town for fishing an boating, which is evident from the luxury yachts and large commercial fishing vessles you can see in the bay.
So, why would Parcus Medical, a med-surg device company, call this place home and how are we helping them?
